I also received honours in Interior Design from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and educated in the ancient art of Feng Shui in San Diego and Hawaii.

I was born on the west coast of Vancouver Island in a small town called Tahsis.  I lived most of my life on the North Shore and now make my home on beautiful Burke Mountain in Coquitlam.

In addition to being an amateur health food gourmet and avid gardener, I am a proud mother and grandmother. Fitness keeps me healthy both physically and mentally.
